I would definitely recommend Tracy if you are interested in trying Reiki healing for the first time. I had never done it before but was very interested in experiencing it. Tracy creates such a lovely and calming environment, I felt very comfortable and totally at ease with her straight away. By the end of the session I felt completely relaxed and came away more energised and de-stressed. I will definitely be booking again
Having won a Reiki session with Tracy through a raffle, I was excited to experience my first session. I was impressed with the converted room attached to the House, which felt warm and inviting on arrival. Tracy took time to discuss and talk me through what to expect before my treatment and made sure I was fully relaxed and comfortable before starting. The reiki itself was an amazing experience and I was able to feel the push and pull of energy during the session. I throughly enjoyed the treatment and left feeling totally relaxed and lighter afterwards.
